Thank you for shopping with us! All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after you have placed your order.

FAST WORLD WIDE SHIPPING.

For North American orders please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. For international orders please allow 10-14 business days.

Cancelations 

If your order has not yet been processed and shipped you will have up to 24 hours after you have placed your order to cancel it. There will be a $3.50 cancelation fee. 

Returns 

Here at Halo Hair Labs we pride ourselves in the quality and time we put into our products and if there are any issues we would be more than happy to accept a refund if your item is defective within 30 days. Contact us at halohairlabs@gmail.com for any issues as we will do the most to resolve them. Due to Covid-19 we are not accepting returns due to the personal nature of our products. If you have any issues with our products you will be shipped out a new product free of charge within 30 days. 

Customs & Taxes

There may be applicable duties or taxes imposed by the customs & revenue agencies depending on the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are the buyers responsibility. Halo Hair Labs is not responsible for these charges. Payment of duties and/or taxes are the buyers responsibility. Contact your local postal service or customs office to further inquire your countries customs fees. Unfortunately, Halo Hair Labs can not control the possibility of custom fees and/or taxes.
